Hay Street Church has a long tradition of excellence in music ministry from the heart of Fayetteville. Opportunities abound for sharing your musical gifts through the magnification of God in both contemporary and traditional worship settings. Worship is the centerpiece of what we do. Every week we strive to give our very best to God in the form of musical offerings, and to passionately communicate the good news of the Gospels in song.
Hay Street Church is a haven for the preservation and advancement of sacred music of all styles, and its beautiful historic sanctuary plays host to dozens of concerts and special musical events each year.

Chancel Choir
The Hay Street Chancel Choir is comprised of adult members, and provides the musical backbone for our 11:00am traditional Sunday service. In addition to worship participation, the choir also presents several special seasonal musical events each year. We encourage those with musical gifts and a passion for singing to join us anytime – no audition is required. The choir is a family, a support group, a place to grow spiritually, and a wonderful way to serve God’s Kingdom.
Rehearsal: 7:00 to 8:30pm, Wednesdays & 9:45 to 10:30am, Sundays
Worship: 11:00am, Sundays
Chancel Ringers
The Chancel Ringers is a mixed handbell choir (youth and adult) ringing 3+ octaves of Malmark bells. We use 11 to 12 ringers, and provide special music for the 11:00am Sunday worship service on a regular basis, as well as during special seasonal services. Membership is open to youth and adults, and music is accessible to many different levels of ringing experience. A strong commitment is required for this group, as the absence of one ringer affects all others in the ensemble!
Rehearsal: 5:30 to 6:30pm, Tuesdays
